Design of precise progressive die for the guide pulley fixing plate of center door

摘要 分析了中门导轨滑轮固定板的成形特点,确定采用精密级进模冲压生产。介绍了制件排样设计、模具结构设计及模具关键零部件设计。模具采用辊式自动送料机构作粗定位、导正销精定位及3种浮料装置,保证了送料精度。工作零件全部采用镶拼式结构,便于加工、装配、调整和维修。投入批量生产后,实践表明,模具结构合理、操作方便,满足了零件批量大、高效、优质的生产要求。 The technological characteristics of center door guide pulley fixing plate were analyzed, and the precise progressive die was de- termined to produce. The design of the part layout, die structure and key components was introduced. The automatic feeding mechanism as rough location, accurate positioning by pilot pin and three types of floating material device were adopted for the die which guaranteed the feeding precision. The insert structure was applied in all the functional parts which is easily for manufacturing, assembling, modifica- tion and repairing. After mass production, the practice shows that the structure of die is reasonable and convenient operation, meanwhile it meets the production desire of mass production, high efficiency and good quality.
