摘要
构建了上市物流企业人力资源管理效率的评价指标体系,通过超效率DEA模型对11家具有代表性的上市物流企业的人力资源管理效率进行了综合评价。研究结果表明:在被评价的企业中,大部分上市物流企业的人力资源管理的投入与产出配比不合理,技术效率不理想,导致企业人力资源管理DEA无效的原因是规模效率不佳。通过分析DEA无效的原因,为我国上市物流企业制定相应措施提高人力资源管理效率,增强人力资源管理核心竞争力提供了有效的途径。
In this paper, we established the evaluation index system of the human resource management of listed logistics enterprises and then using the hyper-efficiency DEA model to assess comprehensively the human resource management efficiency of 11 representative listed logistics enterprises, finding that among the assessed enterprises, most were not reasonable in their input-output ratio of human resource management. At the end, we analyzed the causes of the DEA inefficiency and provided a path for the improvement of the human resource management efficiency of the enterprises.
