摘要
以信息管理与信息系统专业为例,结合电子商务和现代物流产业的发展情况,剖析了电子商务物流应用型人才创新素质的培养要求,探讨了创新素质培养目标、基于创新素质培养的SECI课程体系、应用与创新环境平台等创新素质培养体系相关核心内容。
In this paper, in the case of the information management and information system specialty, and in connection with the situation of the devdopment of e-commerce and modern logistics industry, we analyzed the requirement for the cultivation of the innovation quality of the applied e-commerce logistics talent, and discussed the objective of the cultivation of the innovation quality, the SECI curricular system based on innovation quality cultivation, and the construction of the application and innovation platform, etc.
