摘要
通过广西职业技术学院物流管理专业的成功探索,分析物流企业参与校企合作的需求:提升企业形象与品牌美誉度,企业主的社会责任心需求,人际关系需求,企业短期用工需求和远期人才培训需求;正确辨认和满足企业需求是校企合作双赢、工学结合有效开展的关键。
In this paper, through studying the success of the logistics management specialty of Guangxi Vocational and Technical College, we analyzed the need of the logistics enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation and then proposed that the correct identification and satisfaction of the demand of the enterprises was the key for the effective implementation of the win-win cooperation between the school and enterprise.
