摘要
针对传感器稳定性测试过程中效率低的问题,设计开发一套基于Visual C++的测试系统。在主控计算机上对数字量IO输出卡进行指令编程,实现对欧姆龙G5V-2继电器开关的切换控制,搭接自行设计的传感器通道转换接口卡,通过对程控测量仪表KEITHLEY2000发送远程控制指令完成数据采集。该系统集成了网络通讯功能,利用TCP/IP协议,实现了局域网内对传感器稳定性测试的实时监视,并可通过对调温箱和压力控制器的远程控制,模拟特定工业现场环境的温度条件和压力条件对传感器进行的测试。系统有传感器测试工位200个,采用开放性的软件接口设计,具有很强的升级扩展能力。
Aiming at the low efficiency of stability testing process for the sensor, design and develop a set of test system based on Visual C + +. Program the instructions for digital IO output card, to switch control the m}ay switch of OMRON G5V -2, to link the sensor channel transfer interface card self-designed and to complete data collection based on sending remote control instruction to programmable measuring instrument KEITHLEY2000. This system integrates the network communication function, using TCP/IP protocol to realize the real-time monitoring of the stability test for the sensor of the local area network, through the remote control on the thermostat and pressure controUer, to test the sensor in the simulated pressure and temperature condition of specific factory floor environment. There are 200 sensor testing stations in this system. The developmental design of software interface has very strong up- date and extended functions.
