摘要
采用离心铸造方法分别在不同工艺条件下制备了Al-Si-Mg合金筒状零件。金相组织观察发现:合金中块状、颗粒状的初晶Mg2Si颗粒随工艺参数(浇注温度、模具温度和离心转速)的变化分别呈现出十字状或雪花状形态;而初晶Si颗粒则随着离心转速的逐渐增大由不规则的多边形团絮状向规则的多边形转变。初晶Mg2Si颗粒的形貌特征发生变化与晶粒完整的生长过程被打断、破坏有关。
The A1-Si-Mg alloy cylindrical parts were prepared by centrifugal casting method under the conditions of different processing parameters. From the observation of the microstructures of the casting, it is found that the shape of block and granular primary crystal Mg2Si particles changed as the process parameters varied, and shows a cross-shaped or snowflake-like morphology. The irregular polygon flocculent of primary Si particles transformed into regular polygon particles with the increase of centrifugal speed. The change of particle morphology is related to destruction of a full growth process of the grain.
