摘要
研究了一种新型具有等轴晶的AZ85合金,通过550~570℃和10~30min等温处理,研究了合金组织随温度和时间的演化过程。在550℃等温30min后,只在初生α-Mg相周嗣形成液膜,而α-Mg相形貌没有明显的变化。住560~570℃等温过程中,AZ85合金发生反常非枝晶化行为,即等温时间为20min时同时发生等轴品的合并长大勺熔断过程,等温时间为30min后表现为初生α-Mg相以及合并后的枝晶熔断瓦解过程。与其他镁合金和铝合金非枝品化过程相比,等温时间明显缩短。分析讨论了AZ85非枝晶化过程与机制。
A new AZ85 magnesium alloy with equiaxed grains was studied in this paper. The microstructure evolution of the as-cast alloy was investigated during isothermal treatment at temperature interval of 550-570℃ and time period of 10-30 min. The liquid layer between α-Mg grains formed and there was no obviously change for the α-Mg phase when AZ85 was treated at 550 ℃ for 30 min. While an abnormal non-dendritic behavior was found during isothermal treatment temperature of 560-570℃. i.e., both the grains combination and separation processes occurred when isothermal time was 20 min, and then the original α-Mg grains as well as the combined grains start to melt and go to pieces after isothermal time 30 min. Compared with other magnesium and aluminum alloys, the non-dendritic structure formation time is substantially decreased. The non-dendritic structure formation process and the mechanism were analyzed and discussed.
