摘要
基于SFE Concept软件,通过对副车架参数化建模实例,对比SFE模型与传统FE模型的静刚度、动刚度和模态在正常工况下的计算结果,验证了SFE参数化模型的可靠性.基于"分析驱动设计"理念,采用参数化模型与正交试验设计联合的方法,设计出基于参数化模型的前期计算机辅助工程(CAE)优化分析方案,分析了后副车架主要部件的截面形状、尺寸、位置等参数对副车架静刚度、动刚度等性能的影响,通过优化分析实现了对副车架轻量化设计.
Based on the SFE Concept software, parametric modeling example of the sub-frame was established. Through the comparison of static stiffness, dynamic stiffness and mode calculations in the normal condition between SFE model and traditional FE model, the reliability of the SFE parametric model was verified. Based on the idea of analysis driven design, parametric model and orthogonal experimental design were combined, the early CAE optimization analysis plan based on the parametric model was proposed, effects of the main parameters including section shape, size, position on static stiffness and dynamic stiffness were analyzed, the lightweight design of rear sub-frame was realized.
