摘要
营养平衡因子是影响微生物降解石油效果的关键因素之一。通过考察不同的氮源和磷源、氮磷比以及钙镁离子含量、NaCl添加量对高效耐高温石油降解混合菌UM1降解石油的促进作用后发现:无机氮源优于有机氮源,胺态氮优于硝态氮,NH4Cl和KH2PO4分别作为氮源和磷源,氮磷质量比为5∶1时,对UM1石油降解促进作用明显。CaCl2和MgSO4质量浓度分别为30mg/L和500mg/L时,UM1的石油降解率迅速增至最大,分别为65.86%和65.12%。通过1L培养基添加3g NaCl,能有效促进石油的降解。
Nutrient balance factor is one of the most critical factors in microbial petroleum degradation.The paper examines the promotion effect of petroleum-degrading bacteria UM1with different nitrogen and phosphorus sources,nitrogen:phosphorus ratio, contents of calcium ion and magnesium ion,and the concentration of NaCl.It is found that inorganic nitrogen source is superior to organic nitrogen source,so is amine nitrogenthan nitrate nitrogen.Using NH4 Cl and KH2 PO4 as nitrogen and phosphorus sources with nitrogenphosphorus mass ratio of 5∶1,it is proved to have obvious promotion effects on UM1.When the concentration of CaCl2 and MgSO4 are 30mg/L and 500mg/L respectively,increases rapidly the petroleum degradation rate to the maximum at 65.86% and 65.12% respectively.Adding 3g NaCl into medium of 1 Lcan effectively promote the petroleum degradation.
