摘要
产业和城镇发展作为南通沿海开发的两大重点支撑,推进两者融合发展的意义显得十分迫切而重要。文章在分析南通沿海前沿区域产业和城镇发展现状的基础上,结合上海郊区新城产城融合发展的基本经验,从坚持规划引领、促进资源整合、强化区域协调、提升配套功能和创新保障机制五个方面对南通沿海前沿区域产城融合发展提出了对策与建议。
Industrial and urban development are two key cornerstones for Nantong coastal development, so it is very urgent and important to promote the development of the significance of the integration of them. Based on the analysis of Nantong coastal industry and urban development, this paper puts forward mitigations on the industry-city fusion of Nantong coastal development from the following aspects, i.e. adhering to plan leading, promoting the integration of resources, strengthening regional coordination, enhancing the functionality and in- novative security mechanism with association of the experience of ,~hnn^hnl ~,h,,,-h 1~
