摘要
制备了煤矸石粉填充的聚丙烯(PP)复合材料,并加入聚丙烯-马来酸酐接枝物(PP-gMA)进行改性,对二元(PP-煤矸石粉)及三元(PP-煤矸石粉-(PP-g-MA))复合材料的力学性能和断裂行为进行了深入研究。结果表明,煤矸石粉含量增加对复合材料的拉伸性能影响不大,但使冲击韧性有一定下降;适量PP-g-MA能在一定程度上提高三元复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度。复合材料的比基本断裂功(W_(b′))在煤矸石粉质量分数较低(5%)时有明显降低,但随煤矸石粉含量增大又有显著回升,仅略低于纯PP,而总塑性能(βW_(c′))则随煤矸石粉含量增大有明显的逐次降低趋势。通过PP-g-MA改性,煤矸石粉可以用作聚丙烯复合材料的填充物。
The gangue powder filled polypropylene composites were prepared and modified by adding polypropylene-maleic anhydride (PP-g-MA). After that the binary and ternary compos- ites' mechanical properties and fracture behavior were studied. The results show that,the content of gangue powder had little effect on the tensile properties of the composites, but dechned the impact toughness. A proper amount of PP-g-MA improved the tensile strength and impact strength in a certain extent. The fracture toughness(Wb' ) of the composites were significantly reduced when the mass fraction of gangue powder was low(5 %), but as the gangue powder content increased it significantly rebounded, only slightly lower than that of pure PP. The total plastic properties (βWc') decreased as the content of gangue powder in decreased. The gangue powder could be used as a filler material of polypropylene by modification of PP-g-MA.
