摘要
目的:观察降脂膏贴脐治疗非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝的疗效。方法:将符合非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝诊断的36例病人,全部采用降脂膏贴脐疗法,治疗3个疗程后采用"疗效标准"判定疗效。结果:36例中,临床治愈7例,占19.4%;显效19例,占52.8%;有效8例,占22.2%;总有效率为94.4%,且血清TC,TG较治疗前有显著改善;B超显示肝脂肪变也较治疗前明显改善。结论:"降脂膏"脐治疗非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝具有良好的效果。
Objective： To observe the effect of Jiangzhi cream paste umbilical on treating NAFLD （non-alcoholic fatty liver disease） Methods： 36 patients with NAFLD meet the diagnostic criteria were given Jiangzhi cream paste umbilical, after three course of treatment by ＂effect criteria＂ to judge the curative efficacy. Results： In 36 patients, clinically cured 7 cases, accounting for 19.4%; markedly effective in 19 cases, accounting for 52.8%; effective 8 cases accounting for 22.2%; total efficiency was 94.4%. Serums TC, TG were significantly improved than before treatment; B ultrasound showed fatty change of the liver was significantly improved after treatment. Conclusion： Jiangzhi cream paste umbilical is effective on treating NAFLD.
