DNA甲基化转移酶与乳腺癌相关性的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 乳腺癌是一种严重威胁女性健康的疾病,我国乳腺癌发病率呈逐年上升趋势。近期的大量研究评估了表观遗传学异常在乳腺癌发生发展中的作用。基因甲基化是乳腺癌发病机制研究最为热点的一种表观遗传学机制,而DNA甲基化转移酶(DNMT)作为调控基因甲基化的主要方式,在乳腺癌的发生发展中起到重要的作用。研究DNMT能为阐述乳腺癌的发病原因提供一个新的视角,筛查DNMT可以在临床确诊乳腺癌之前,提前预估出人们患乳腺癌的风险,指导患者的用药,并就患者预后进行评估。DNMT的研究是乳腺癌临床治疗的新机遇,现就DNMT与乳腺癌的相关性研究进展综述如下。
