Th17细胞及IL-17与干燥综合征的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 Th17细胞是机体中一种新型的CD4+效应T细胞,它不同于Th1型和Th2型T细胞,具有独立的分化和发育调节机制。Th17细胞除了能分泌其特征性细胞因子白介素-17(interleukin-17,IL-17)以外,还能分泌IL-17F、IL-21和IL-22。研究发现Th17以及IL-17在干燥综合征(Sjogren’s syndrome,SS)的发病中起到重要作用,本文就其在SS中的发病机制、临床表现和未来研究前景综述如下。
