摘要
风力发电机机舱底座是机舱内最重要的承重部件,承受载荷情况复杂。利用有限元分析软件Samcef field对1.5 MW机舱底座进行了模态分析,提取了前5阶固有频率和前3阶振型。基于Samcef for Wind Turbine(SWT)软件,应用梁单元和超单元进行了高精度风机建模,分析了机舱底座上承受的主要动态载荷,并再次应用有限元方法分析了动态载荷作用下底座上的应力分布和变形。建模和分析方法具有一定的普适性,能够对复杂构件动态载荷进行快速分析。
Bedplate of wind turbine is an essential load-bearing component and its load distribution is complex. Samcef field, a finite element software, is used to analyze mode of 1.5 MW wind turbine bed- plate. First five natural frequencies and first three corresponding vibration modes are listed in this paper. Besides these, a high accuracy model of 1.5 MW wind turbine based on beam and super element in Samcef for Wind Turbine (SWT) is proposed. According to the model, dynamic and transient loads on bedplate are analyzed. The stress distribution and deformation are shown as well. The method used in this paper is general and it can analyze dynamic loads of complex component quickly.
