生物质循环流化床气化系统返料研究

摘要 通过分析生物质循环流化床气化系统循环回路压力平衡和流动密封阀的正常工作条件显示,在循环回路中,立管负责把固体颗粒由低压区送至高压区,起着重要的压力平衡作用;立管内循环颗粒形成一定高度的料柱和回送风量,使回料阀内物料达到完全流化状态是返料装置正常工作的必要条件。在此基础上进行了返料对主流化床的影响试验。试验结果表明,返料装置的运行使主流化床内密相区温度较为稳定,且沿床高方向温度分布较为均匀;返料后,主流化床内物料的流化性能明显改善。 Recycle device is one of the important components of biomass circulating fluidized bed gasifier. By analyzing the pressure balance of circulating loop and the working conditions of loop seal, it is concluded that erect pipe plays an important role in maintaining the pressure balance and it transports particles from lower pressure zone to higher pressure zone. And there are two necessary conditions for recycle device to work correctly. One is that the recycle particle accumu- lates to a certain height in erect pipe; the other is that recycling air makes solid particles fluidized completely in loop seal. Based on the analysis of experiments to study how the solids recycling af- fects the fluidized bed is carried on. The experimental results indicate that the solids recycling can make temperature stable in dense phase zone and proportional distributing along the height of CFB. Furthermore, continuous solids recycling also can make fluidized capability better in dense phase zone.
