摘要
以50 MPa高压数控型清洗头为例,结合工况,介绍了其结构组成。之后对清洗头系统的设计思路、组件的作用作了阐述,并对清洗头设计中的难点作了详细的介绍,最后分析了其性能。经过2年多运行,实践证明,该清洗头具有去刺效率高、不泄露、噪声低等优点。
This paper taking 50 MPa high-pressure erasing head as an example ,introduces its structure. Then it presents the design ideas and the component function of erasing head system, focuses on difficulties of erasing head system and Detailed analy- ses. Finally,analysis of its performance is carried out. Proven by praetice,it has the advantages of high deburring efficiency,little noise and no leak of cleaning.
