摘要
为更好地满足电取暖炉的用户需求及快速响应多变的市场需求,将基于再制造的模块化设计方法运用到电取暖炉的设计开发中。在设计过程中,对用户和市场进行了需求分析,结合产品生命周期各阶段的特性,构建了产品零部件模糊相似矩阵,基于模糊聚类方法,对其进行零部件模块划分,选取最优阈值,对电取暖炉进行模块优化,缩短了产品的设计周期,降低了企业成本,达到延长电取暖炉使用周期、易于拆卸及提高回收再利用价值等需求。
In order to meet customers' needs and rapid and diverse demands of market, the modularization design method based on remanufacturing is applied to develop electric heater. In the period of design, the demands of the customers and the mar- ket are analyzed ,at the same time, combined with the characteris- tics of different stages in product life cycle, the fuzzy similarity matrix of product components is constructed. Based on fuzzy elus- tering algorithm,the components' modules at~ classified and the best threshold value is selected. The modularization design to electric heater shortens design time ,decreases cost, so the life- time can be lengthened ,the maintenance is easy and the recy- cling value is high.
