静脉注射丙种球蛋白治疗急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜的疗效观察 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨静脉注射丙种球蛋白治疗急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,AITP)的临床疗效。方法 60例ITP患儿按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=30)给予常规激素治疗,观察组(n=30)在此治疗基础上采用静脉注射丙种球蛋白治疗。应用丙种球蛋白5 d,观察血小板回升及出血情况。结果观察组经静脉注射丙种球蛋白治疗后,病情迅速得到控制,总有效率为93.33%(28/30),对照组总有效率为66.67%(20/30),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉注射丙种球蛋白治疗AITP疗效确切,值得临床应用。
