摘要
基于对河南郑州等地农民工的实地调研数据,从信息不对称的理论视角深入考察了农民工个体的就业问题,深刻剖析了信息不对称在农民工就业中的表现及成因,并进一步探讨了宏观层面上的社会公平与和谐诉求问题,最后从构建社会资本、加强政策宣传、建立和完善就业服务机构、强化社会监管以及建立就业培训制度等五个方面提出了矫正信息不对称的具体措施。
Based on the empirical survey data of migrant workers from Zhengzhou city in Henan province, this paper examined the individual employment problem of migrant workers from the theoretical perspective of informa- tion asymmetry in-depth, analyzed the performances and causes of asymmetric information in the process of mi- grant workers' employment, and further explored social equity and harmony aspirations on the macro level. Final- ly, this paper proposed five specific measures to correct information asymmetry, which are building social capital, strengthening policy advocacy, establishing and improving employment service agencies, strengthening social su- pervision and the establishing employment and training system.
