氨氯地平抗动脉粥样硬化研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨氨氯地平抗动脉粥样硬化(AS)的机制,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:系统检索近年来国内、外氨氯地平抗AS研究的相关文献,并进行分析、归纳和总结。结果:有关氨氯地平的基础研究和临床试验证据均证实其具有良好的抗AS作用;氨氯地平抗AS的可能作用机制包括抗炎、抗氧化-氧化应激和抑制氧自由基的形成、改善内皮功能、抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖与迁移。结论:长期服用氨氯地平不仅能有效、持久、平稳降压,还可通过多途径及机制抗AS进展以及稳定、逆转AS斑块。
