电信行业竞争加剧,电信运营商资本性支出必须以效益为中心、树立有效益投入的理念,在此背景下尝试运用国外先进评价技术——随机前沿分析方法(SFA)构建电信运营商投资效益评价模型,并运用所建模型对电信运营商投资效益进行分析评价,进而提出相关建议。
The telecommunications industry competition, telecom operators capital expenditure must take the benefit as the center, set up effective investment philosophy, in this context, attempts to use foreign advanced evaluation technology of stochastic frontier analysis （SFA） to construct an evaluation model of telecom operators investment benefit, and use the model to analyze and evaluate the investment benefit of telecommunication operators, and then puts forward related suggestions.
