摘要
[目的]研究不同光照条件对南大青叶中靛玉红含量的影响,为开展南大青叶规范化种植提供科学依据。[方法]设置全阴生、半阴生和阳生3个不同光照条件组别,于3月份定植后,观察植株生长状况,于5月至次年3月分别采收南大青叶,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定南大青叶中靛玉红的含量。[结果]南大青叶中靛玉红含量随种植时间不同波动较大,每个设置组组内不同月份的靛玉红含量均有极显著差异(P<0.01);各设置组间仅11及12月份靛玉红含量无显著性差异(P>0.05),其余月份不同设置组间均有显著差异(P<0.05)。[结论]3种光照条件均适宜南板蓝的生长,但综合考虑光照对南大青叶靛玉红含量、植株生长和产量的影响,认为全阴及半阴条件更适宜种植南大青叶。
[ Objective ] To study on the content of indirubin in the leaves of Baphicacanthus curia (Nees) Bremek. under different illumination intensities, and provide scientific basis for standardized planting of B. cusia leaves. [ Method ] Set three different groups, namely full shade group, half shade group and unshaded group, then collect the leaves of B. cusia from May till next March after planting in March, and determine the content of indirubin in the leaves of B. cusia by HPLC. [ Result] With the various planting time, the content of indirubin in the leaves of B. cusia fluctuated obviously. The content of indirubin in different month in each group all have extremely significant differences(P 〈0.01 ) ; Only in Nov. and Dec. , the content of indirubin has no significant difference(P 〈 0.05 ), while in other months among different groups all have significant differences (P 〈 0. 05 ). [ Conclusion ] The leaves of B. cusia can be planted in three kinds of lighting conditions, however, considering the light on indirubin, plant growth and yield, full shade and half shade group are more suitable.
