摘要
[目的]明确25%吡蚜酮可湿性粉剂对烟蚜的田间防治效果。[方法]设置0.045 0、0.060 0、0.075 0 kg/hm225%吡蚜酮可湿性粉剂、0.028 9 kg/hm25%吡虫啉乳油(对照药剂)和清水(空白对照)5组处理,进行了烟蚜田间药效试验。[结果]25%吡蚜酮可湿性粉剂对烟蚜有较好的防治效果,药后1 d供试3个剂量的防效均达到92.0%以上,且速效性较好;药后7 d供试3个剂量的防效达96.90%以上,持效性较好。[结论]25%吡蚜酮可湿性粉剂防治烟田蚜虫的适宜用量为0.045 0 kg/hm2(有效成分),持效期达7 d以上。
[ Objective] The aim was to make sure the control effect of 25% Pymetrozine WP against Myzus persicae in tobacco field. [ Method] The test of 25% Pymetrozine WP against Myzus persicae in tobacco field by 5 groups of treatment of 0.045 0,0. 060 0,0.075 0 kg,/hm^2 25% Pymetrozine WP,O. 028 9 kg/hm: 5% imidaeloprid emulsion and water was conducted. [ Result ] The field test on 25% pymetrozine WP was carried out to validate the control effect against Myzus persieae. Th results showed that 25% pymetrozine WP had good effect to control Myzus persicae in tobacco field. Control effect of three doses of 25 % pymetrozine WP reached more than 92% after 1 days of treatment, and more than 96.90% after 7 days treatment. [ Conclusion] The suggested application dosage was 0.045 0 kg/hm^2 and the persistent period reached over 7 days.
