摘要
目的:观察对慢性盆腔炎患者实施个体化健康教育的效果。方法:将180例慢性盆腔炎患者按单纯随机抽样方法分为试验组和对照组。试验组实施个体化健康教育,对照组实施常规健康教育,比较两组健康教育的效果和患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:试验组慢性盆腔炎知识掌握、基本掌握和未掌握的比例分别是62.22%、24.44%、13.33%,对照组分别为30.00%、42.22%和27.78%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组对护理工作满意、基本满意、不满意的比例为57.78%、41.11%和1.11%,对照组分别为26.67%、44.44%和28.89%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化健康教育可以更好地促进患者对于慢性盆腔炎知识和防治措施的掌握,有利于养成良好的生活方式,增加了患者护理治疗的依从性,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective:To observe the effect of implementing individualized health education on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Method:180 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into experimental group and control group with simple random sampling method. The experimental group received individual health education,the control group received the routine health education. The effect of two groups of healthy education and patient satisfaction with nursing work were compared. Result:The chronic pelvic inflammatory disease knowledge master,basic master and not grasped of the experimental group respectively were 62.22%,24.44%,13.33%,and the control group were 30.00%,42.22% and 27.78%,the difference were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The nursing job satisfaction satisfied,basically content,not satisfied with the proportion on the experimental group were 57.78%,41.11%and 1.11%,the control group were 26.67%,44.44%and 28.89%,the difference were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Individual health education can improve the mastery of knowledge for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease knowledge and prevention measures for the patients,to develop a good way of life,increase patient care and treatment compliance,improve patient satisfaction to the nursing work.
