油菜素内酯对普通油茶春梢和茶籽相关指标的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究油菜素内酯在油茶上的运用效果,采用单因素随机区组试验设计,研究0.02、0.04和0.08 mg/L浓度油菜素内酯对油茶春梢和茶籽相关指标的影响。结果表明,喷施0.04 mg/L浓度油菜素内酯时,油茶春梢叶片中氮、磷、钾含量及干仁出油率最高;喷施0.08 mg/L浓度油菜素内酯时,叶绿素SPAD值最大,籽含水率最低;喷施0.02 mg/L浓度油菜素内酯时,干籽出仁率最高。 In order to study the application effect of brassinolide on Camellia oleifera, using single factor randomized block design, effects of 0.02, 0.04 and 0.08 mg/L brassinolide on relevant indexes of seed and spring shoots of Camellia oleifera were studied. The results showed that spraying 0. 04 mg/L brassinolide, N, P, K content and rate of dry kernel oil were the highest; spraying 0.08 mg/L brassinolide, the SPAD value was the highest, the seed moisture content was the lowest; spraying 0.02 mg/L brassinolide, the dry seed kernel rate was the highest.
