摘要 [目的]研究不同育苗方法和仿生栽培方式对甜菜树植株生长的影响。[方法]设计直播试验、扦插试验、移栽试验和仿野生栽培试验,探讨不同处理下甜菜树的成活率、成株率。[结果]甜菜树扦插繁殖成活率低,适宜用种子繁殖,且种子摆放时间越长,出苗率越低;使用ABT生根粉处理甜菜树插条可显著提高扦插繁殖的成活率;在疏林地甜菜树年均高生长量和成活率显著高于稀疏灌木林地。[结论]该研究为甜菜树的人工栽培和扩繁提供了参考。 [ Objective ] Effects of different seedling breeding method and the way of bionic cultivation on plant growth were studied. [ Meth- od ] The survival rate and surviving plant rate of Melienzha longistaminea under difierent treatments were studied by means of live test, cutting test, transplanting experiment and bionic cultivation. [ Result] Survival rate of Melientha longistaminea catting propagation was lowo The lon- ger the seed storage time, the lower the germination rate. Using ABT can significantly increase the survival rate of cutting propagation. The an- nual tree height growth and survival rate on open forest land were significantly higher than thin scrubland. [ Conclusion ] The study provides ref- erence for artificial cultivation and propagation of Melientha longistaminea.
