摘要
对某热电厂锅炉水冷壁管壁减薄的原因进行了分析,并在水冷壁管束表面实施超音速电弧喷涂技术进行防护,投用后效果良好。
The causes of tubes thickness of boiler water cooled wall were analyzed in one heating and power plant. To protect water cooled wall, a measure of using hypersonic arc-spraying tech- nology to spray one protective layer on the exterior of water cooled wall was put forward. The problem of tubes thickness had been effectively solved since the measure were carried out.
