摘要
目的研究心血管介入诊疗中术者站立区域辐射剂量的分布特点,及我院不同心血管介入手术单次手术术者足踝部位的受照辐射剂量分布特点,为术者的辐射防护提供研究依据。方法用散射线测量仪及个人剂量仪分别测试术者站立区域各测试点及不同心血管介入手术术者足踝部位的辐射剂量,并用统计软件对数据进行分析。结果得到预设条件下的术者站立区域及不同心血管介入手术术者足踝部位辐射剂量监测数据,并绘制剂量分布曲线。结论术者站立区域的剂量分布存在一定的特征,不同手术术者足踝部位有不同程度的辐射剂量,因此根据术者站立区域剂量分布特征,加强防护,做到辐射防护最优化。
Objective Research on distribution characteristics of radiation dose in standing areas during cardiovascular interventional diagnosis and treatment, and ankle radiation dose of single operation patient in different cardiovascular intervention was done to provide evidence for radiation protection of surgeon. Methods By respectively measuring radiation dose of test points in surgeon standing areas and ankle part in different cardiovascular intervention with scattered radiation measuring instrument and personal dosimeter, the data was obtained and then was analyzed with statistical software. Results Dose distribution curve was drew with radiation dose monitoring data of surgeon standing areas in preparatory condition and ankle part in different cardiovascular intervention. Conclusion Ankle radiation dose in different cardiovascular intervention has diversified levels. Radiation dose distribution in surgeon standing areas shows certain characteristic, according to which we could strengthen radiation protection, do radiation protection optimally.
