摘要
目的 观察加味龟鹿二仙汤对乳腺癌化疗患者骨髓抑制及免疫功能的影响.方法 收集2012年7月至2013年6月广东惠州第三人民医院乳腺科乳腺癌患者96例,按照随机数字表法随机分为两组各49例,治疗组49例在化疗同期服用加味龟鹿二仙汤,对照组47例化疗同期服用鲨肝醇.3周为一个疗程,连续治疗6个疗程,比较两组患者重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)使用率、骨髓毒性、免疫功能、生活质量评分.结果 治疗组G-CSF使用率为21.1%、对照组为46.8%,两组G-CSF使用率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=42.363,P<0.01);治疗组白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板降低发生率分别为19.14%、12.2%、12.6%,对照组分别为45.3%、26.2%、25.9%,两组比较(χ2值分别为45.31、18.29、16.47,P均<0.01).治疗组治疗后CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性分别为(38.87±9.21)%、(31.52±7.06)%、(1.82±0.39)%、(19.52±3.06)%,较同组治疗前有不同程度提高(P均<0.01);对照组CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、NK细胞活性分别为(32.12±11.97)%、(25.08±8.95)%、(1.41±0.56)%、(13.98±4.05)%;两组治疗后比较,治疗组高于对照组(P均<0.01).治疗后治疗组KPS评分(79.87±9.21)分,高于对照组(72.15±7.09)分(P<0.01).结论 化疗联合加味龟鹿二仙汤可减少升白药物使用频率,有效减轻化疗所致的骨髓毒性,增强机体的免疫力,提高患者生活质量.
Objective To observe the effect of Guilu Erxian decoction on bone marrow suppression and immune function of breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy. Methods 96 breast cancer patients were divided into two groups. The treatment group (n = 49) received chemotherapy while taking Guilu Erxian decoction. The control group (n=47) received chemotherapy while taking Batilol. Three weeks for a course, after a continuous six courses, two groups were compared recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) usage, bone marrow toxicity, immune function and quality of life scores. Results The utilization rate of G-CSF of treatment group was lower compared with the control group (The utilization rate of G-CSF of treatment group is21.1%, the control group is 46.8%(P〈0,01). The incidence of reduction in leukocyte, hemoglobin and thrombocyte were 19.14%, 12.2%, 12.6% in the treatment group compared with 45.3%, 26.2%, 25.9% in the control group. The treatment group had a milder bore marrowsuppression than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01) . After treatment CD4+, CD8^+, CD4+/CD8^+ and natural killer (NK)cell activity were (38.87±9.21) %, (31.52±7.06) %, (1.82±0.39) %, (19.52±3.06) % in the treatment group compared with (32.12± 11.97) %, (25.08±8.95) %, (1.41 ±0.56) %, (13.98±4.05) %, in the control group. The treatment group had a statistical significance after treatment (P〈0.01). After treatment, KPS score of treatment roup was 79.87±9.21, higher than the control group (72.15±7.09, P〈0.01) . Conclusion Chemotherapy combinedwith Guilu Erxian decoction could not only reduce the frequency of leucocyte-stimulating agents, while effectively reduce chemotherapy-induced bone marrow toxicity, enhance the body's immune system, but also improve the quality of life of patients.
