摘要
目的:探讨新疆维吾尔族(维族)急性冠脉综合征患者血清中血管性血友病因子(vWF)水平及其与血压、血脂、血糖的相关性。方法:选取新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院心内科住院的365例维族患者为研究对象,经冠状动脉造影确诊为急性冠脉综合征者208例(急性冠脉综合征组),冠状动脉造影正常者157例(对照组),分别测量两组患者的身高、体质量、血压,留取空腹静脉血,测量血脂、血糖,采用酶联免疫吸附实验分别检测两组血清中vWF水平。结果:与对照组比较,急性冠脉综合征组患者血清中vWF水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。急性冠脉综合征组患者血清vWF水平与收缩压、舒张压、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血糖呈正相关(r=0.708、0.806、0.791、0.748、0.606,P<0.01)。多元线性逐步回归分析显示,舒张压、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血糖是影响血浆vWF水平的独立因素(P<0.01)。结论:维族急性冠脉综合征患者血清中vWF水平均显著增高,血浆vWF水平与血压、血脂及血糖相关。
Objective To investigate the levels of serum von Willebrand factor(vWF) in Uygur patients with acute coronary syndrome and study the possible correlations of serum vWF levels with blood pressure, blood lipids and blood glucose. Methods Totally 365 patients who were hospitalized in the department of cardiology of the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were divided into acute coronary syndrome group (n = 208) and control group (n = 157) according to their coronary angiography. Their height, weight and blood pressure were measured for all the patients. With collected fasting venous blood sample, theirblood glucose and blood lipids were tested and the levels of serum vWF were examined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results Compared with the control group, the level of serum vWF in the acute coronary syndrome group was significantly increased (P 〈 0.01). In the acute coronary syndrome group, the levels of serum vWF were positively correlated with systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, triacylglycerol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and fasting blood glucose (r = 0.708, 0.669, 0.756, 0.878 and 0.883 respectively; P 〈 0.01). Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis revealed that diastolic blood pressure, triacylglycerol 7! low density lipoprotein cholesterol and fasting blood glucose were the independent determinants of vWF levels (P 〈 0.01). Conclusions The levels of serum vWF may increase in patients with acute coronary syndrome and there are certain correlations between serum vWF and blood pressure, blood lipids and fasting blood glucose.
