摘要
大型机场门户地区是人们进出城市的窗口,扮演着城市与外部环境进行物质、能量、信息交换的过渡区的角色,是全球流动空间的重要节点。同时,作为城市系统的组成部分,它也承担着特定职能,是各种城市活动聚集的地方空间。因此,相较于一般的场所空间,机场门户地区流动性和地方性的空间矛盾尤为突出,具体表现为“空港集疏运交通与地方服务性交通混杂”、“临空产业用地与城市公共设施用地矛盾”、“空港限制性要素与舒适人居环境营造冲突”、“航空旅客与本地居民的空间分化”等特征。本文研究国内外机场类似问题的锯决策略,并以昆明长水机场前区为例,着重从空间层面厘清矛盾根源,理顺发展思路,并提出规划应对策略。
Large airport portal area is the window of people in and out of the city, plays a city material, energy and information exchange with the external environment of the role of transition area, is an important global flow node. At the same time, as part of the urban system, it also carries a specific function in all sorts of urban areas. Compared with general site space, the airport gateway regional liquidity and local space conflicts are particularly prominent. Strategies to resolve the problem in this paper are proposed. We study both domestic and international airports, and take Kunming long water area before the airport as an example to clarify development ideas and put forward the planning strategy.
