摘要 利用机械合金化制备Mo-Cu复合粉末,在H2气氛下烧结制备Mo-18Cu合金,研究了Fe含量对Mo-18Cu合金的相对密度、力学性能、热导率、导电性能和断口形貌的影响。结果表明,添加活化元素Fe有助于降低Mo-18Cu合金的烧结致密化温度,合金的相对密度、抗弯强度和硬度相应增加,但导电和导热性能降低。含2.0%Fe(质量分数,下同)的Mo-18Cu合金在1 250℃烧结2 h,相对密度、抗弯强度、硬度、电阻率和热导率分别为98.9%、880MPa、71HRA、4.0×10-7Ω·m和116W·m-1·K-1,合金显微组织为均匀细小的网络结构。 Mo-Cu alloy powder was prepared by mechanical alloying.Mo-18Cu alloy with various Fe contents was sintered at H2 atmosphere.The relative density,mechanical properties,resistivity,thermal conductivity and fracture morphology of the Mo-Cu alloy had been investigated.The results show that activating element Fe decreases sintering temperature of the alloy,and increases the relative density,hardness and bending strength.However,the resistivity and thermal conductivity are decreased with the increase of Fe contents.Sintered at 1 250℃ for 2 hours,Mo-18Cu alloy with 2.0wt% Fe content has a relative density,bending strength,hardness,resistivity,thermal conductivity of 98.9%,880MPa,71HRA,4.0 × 10-7Ω · m and 116W · m-1 · K-1,respectively.The homogeneous and fine network microstructure can be obtained.
