摘要
随着国务院关于国家海洋局重组方案的出台与实施,中国海警局作为新机构将在我国近洋通道安全保障中扮演重要角色。为探讨新组建的海警局对我国近洋通道安全保障的影响,在对我国近洋通道安全及其威胁论述的基础上,总结了我国近洋通道安全保障长期以来存在的问题,分析了中国海警局将为我国近洋通道安全保障带来的新变化,同时提出了我国未来发展近洋通道安全保障的相应建议。
As State Council carried out the institutional reform policy of National Bureau of Oceanography, China Coast Guard became a vital role in safety of Near-Sea Line of Communication. In order to study the new established Bureau of Coast Guardg influence on protection of Near-Sea Line,on the basis of the discussion of safety and Near-Sea Line of Chi- na, this paper analyzed new changes attributed to China Coast Guard on the basis that the problems of protection on safe- ty of Near-Sea Line Communication for long time, then put forward several suggestions about de-~e^oping protection on the Safety of Near-Line of Communication.
