摘要
目的：探讨中西医结合治疗妊娠合并淋病的疗效。方法：100例妊娠合并淋病患者分为对照组和观察组各50例，对照组用西医治疗方法，只用抗生素治疗；观察组除用西医治疗方法外，辅以中药（治淋安胎汤自拟）治疗。结果：观察组治愈率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗妊娠合并淋病，提高了治愈率，显示出中西医结合治疗的优势，值得临床推广。
Objective： To explore the curative effect of treating gonorrhea in pregnancy by Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine. Method： 100 pregnant women with gonorrhea were divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases each. Cases in control group were treated only by antibiotic in Western Medicine way; while Chinese Medicine has been used as assistance in observation group （anti-gonorrhea tocolysis soup）. Result： the cure rate in observation group is obviously higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the cure rate of gonorrhea in pregnancy is enhanced by Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine, which indicates the advantage of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine and worthy to be popularized.
