摘要
以山梨酸与乙醇为原料 ,氯化亚锡水合物为催化剂 ,合成了山梨酸乙酯 ,酯化率可达 96.5%。用环己烷作带水剂 ,4A分子筛作除水剂 ,改进了酯化工艺。
Ethyl sorbat was synthesized using sorbic acid and alcohal as raw material, stannous chloride hydrate as catalyst.The process was improved and the yield of esterification was up to 96.5%.
