摘要
以稻糠和谷糠为试验材料,研究两种纤维源不同纤维水平对种鹅饲粮养分的利用率及血清部分激素水平的影响。试验选择 270 只220 日龄种鹅随机分为6 个处理,每个处理设3个重复,在等能量等蛋白水平下,饲粮中稻糠和谷糠比例分别为8.06%、 15.5%、22.8%和5.5%、10.7 %、15.9 %,饲喂60d后,采用全收粪法进行代谢试验,试验期末采集血液样品,对部分激素水平进行测定。结果表明:当饲粮稻糠和谷糠比例分别为15.5%和10.7%时,中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、能量(GE)、粗蛋白质(CP)、磷(P)的利用率最高。种鹅对谷糠饲粮粗纤维(CF)、NDF、CP、钙(Ca)和P 的平均利用率优于稻糠(p>0.05);种鹅对稻糠和谷糠饲粮中GE 的利用率与CF、NDF水平具有显著的负相关关系(p<0.05)。粗脂肪(EE)的利用率与CF水平间有极显著的正相关关系(p<0.01);稻糠比例为8.06%时,种鹅血清孕酮(P4)、三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)和甲状腺素(T4)含量最高(p>0.05)。谷糠比例为 10.7%时,种鹅血清促卵泡生长激素(FSH)、T3 和T4 含量最高(p跃0.05),其中,T3含量显著高于同一CF水平下的稻糠组(p<0.05)。综上,在本试验条件下,稻糠和谷糠在种鹅饲粮中的比例分别为8.06%-15.5%和5.5%-10.7%时,养分利用率效果最好。
This experiment was conducted to compare the effects of different fibre level diets, containing different proportions of rice bran and millet bran, on nutrient availability and some serum hormones level for breeding geese. A total of 270 breeding geese of 220d age were distributed into 6 pens of 45 birds/pen (9 males and 36 females). Each treatment had 3 replications. Diets for the 6 different treatments were isoenergetie and isonitrogenous and contained rice bran or millet bran respectively as the major source of fibre, and the contents of these two fodders were 8.06%,15.5%,22.8%,and 5.5%,10.7%, 15.9% respectively. At the end of 60 d feeding trial, metabolic trial was conducted with total collection of excreta individually, at the same time blood sample was centrifuged for measuring serum hormone concentrations. The results showed that the apparent availability of neutral detergent fiber (NDF),aeid detergent fiber (ADF),gross energy (GE),crude protein (CP) and phosphorus (P) in diets containing 15.5% rice bran and 10.7% millet bran were the highest. The apparent availability of crude fiber (CF),NDF,CP, calcium (Ca)and P in millet bran diets were better than those in rice bran diets for breeding geese (p〉0.05). There were significant negative correlations between the apparent availability of GE and CF, NDF levels (p〈0.05),while there was significant positive correlation between the apparent availability of ether extract (EE)and CF levels (p 〈0.01).The serum progesterone(P4), triiodothyronine (T3), thyroid hormone (T4)of geese being fed diet containing 8.06% rice bran were highest (p〉0.05), while the serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), T3, T4 of geese being fed diet containing 10.7% millet bran were highest (p〉0.05),in which T3 level was higher than that of rice bran group for geese significantly (p〈0.05).So the current study indicated that the feasible proportions of rice bran and millet bran in diet for breeding geese are 8.06%-15.5% and 5.5%-10.7%.
