花生不同连作年限应用微生物菌剂效果研究 被引量:4

摘要 在花生连作5年和轮作土壤上分别进行了3种微生物菌剂的应用试验,通过对花生主要生育期生长发育、叶片叶绿素含量和土壤微生物数量的观测,明确微生物菌剂的应用效果。结果表明,由黄孢平革菌、细黄链霉菌、多粘芽孢杆菌等组成的微生物菌剂3在连作土壤中效果最明显;轮作土壤中微生物菌剂1和2作用比较明显,其中以根瘤菌为主的菌剂1对产量的促进效果更显著。微生物菌剂对株高、茎叶鲜重、叶绿素含量以及产量等有促进作用,并且多个指标之间有较好的吻合性。 3 microbial agents were tested on peanut continuous cropping soil and rotation soil, the main physiological indexes and peanut yield were tested during the whole growth period, and result showed that the 3 microbial agents had different effect on continuous cropping soil and rotation soil peanut. Microbial agent 3 which was combined of Phanerochaete chrysosporium, Paenibacillus poly- myxa and Streptornyces microflavus had the most prominent effect on continuous cropping soil pea- nut, and microbial agent 1 had the most prominent effect on rotation soil. A variety of physiological indexes tested in the process of peanut growth showed that microbial agents have obvious effect on the index of chlorophyll, plant height, stem weight and yield, etc. , and there was a good correlation be- tween multiple indicators.
