大学生村官工作适应的影响因素分析 被引量:5

摘要 采用问卷法对华东、华南、华北、华中、西南及东北等地区550名大学生村官进行了调查,以考察人格特征、工作价值、职业生涯规划和工作适应、工作绩效的关系。研究结果表明:(1)构建的工作适应影响因素模型拟合指标良好,人格特征和职业生涯规划对工作适应和工作绩效具有显著的预测作用,工作适应在人格特征、职业生涯规划与工作绩效之间起到部分中介的作用;(2)工作价值对工作绩效的影响不显著,工作适应在工作价值与工作绩效之间起到完全中介的作用;(3)职业生涯规划在工作价值与工作适应之间起到调节的作用。 To explore relation among personality, work value, career planning, work actjustment anu jon penormance, 550 undergraduate village officials from eastern, northern, southern, northeastern, southwestern and central part of China were investigated by questionnaires. The results show that: ( 1 ) indices of the model of impact factors on work adjustment are acceptable, personality and career plarming have significant predictive effect on work adjust- ment and job performance, work adjustment partially mediates the relationship between personality, career planning and job performance; (2) work value has no significant predictive effect on job performance, and work adjustment totally mediates the relationship between work value and job performance; (3) career planning exerts moderating effect on the relationship between work value and work adjustment.
