摘要
在柑橘伤口处接种汉逊德巴利酵母和指状青霉,研究酵母的生长动态和伤口处超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、几丁质酶(CHI)和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶(GLU)这6种保护酶的活性变化,试验表明,酵母可以在伤口处快速繁殖,除PAL受酵母影响较小外,SOD、CAT、PPO、CHI和GLU这5种保护酶均受酵母诱导表现出了一定的活性,说明汉逊德巴利酵母对柑橘保护酶的诱导有积极作用。
Postharvest orange fruits were inoculated with D.hansenii or D.hansenii plus P.dititatum to detect the population dynamics of the D.hansenii and the activity changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT), phenylalanine ammonialyase(PAL), polyphenol oxidase(PPO), chitinas(CHI) and β-1,3-glacanase(GLU). The results showed that populations of the D.hansenii increased fast in wounds. In addition to the PAL less affected by D.hansenii, The activity of SOD, CAT, PPO, CHI and GLU were preserved at high level, Therefore, D.hansenii had a positive effects on inducing protective enzymes in orange fruits.
