摘要
目的建立同时测定香卿止痛喷雾剂中槲皮苷和丹皮酚含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Hedera-ODS-2C18色谱柱(250mmx 4. 6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(45 : 54 : 1)为流动相,检测波长274 nm。结果槲皮苷质量浓度在35. 40 - 354. 00 μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r = 0. 999 8),平均回收率为97.71% , RSD = 1. 05% ( n = 6);丹皮酚质量來度在4.51 -45. 12 pg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.94%,RSD = l. 14% U = 6)。结论该方法简便、快速、重现性好,组分分离度好,测定结果准确可靠,可用于香卿止痛喷雾剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of quercitroside and paeonol in compound illicium henryi diels spray by HPLC. Methods:The Hedera - ODS - 2 C]8(250 mm x4. 6 mm,5 (Jim)column was used The mobile phases consisted of methanol,wa- ter and acetic acid glacial(45 * 54 ) and the detection wavelength was at 274 nm. Results:The linear range of quercitroside was at 35.40 - 354.00 (Jig/mL ( r = 0. 999 8),the average recovery was 97.71% with a RSD of 1. 05% ( n = 6) ,the linear range of paeonol was at 4.51 -45. 12 g/mL (= 0.999 8),the average recovery was 98.94% with a RSD of 1. 14% (n = 6). Conclusion:The proposed method is simple, rapid, reliable, sensitive and accurate. It is available to the quality control of compound illicium henryi diels spray.
