期待疗法治疗前置胎盘的临床观察及可行性研究 被引量：7

摘要 目的研究探讨期待疗法治疗前置胎盘的临床疗效。方法收集2011年1月至2013年6月住院的前置胎盘孕妇78例,其中38例实施期待疗法(治疗组),40例常规治疗(对照组),分析比较两组孕妇终止妊娠时间、产后出血量、新生儿一般情况评估等指标。结果治疗组产妇平均终止妊娠时间较对照组延长(P<0.01),产后出血量较对照组减少(P<0.01),新生儿病死率较对照组降低(P<0.05),治疗组新生儿1 min Apgar评分较对照组升高(P<0.01)。观察组产褥感染率和新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征发生率较对照组有所降低,但差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论期待疗法治疗前置胎盘临床疗效显著,有一定可行性。
