摘要
气井井筒的腐蚀对气井使用寿命以及安全生产有着显著影响,为在发生失效之前及时对腐蚀情况作出判断,需要采用井下腐蚀检测技术。研究分析了目前工程测井中应用较多的多臂井径仪、超声波测漏技术、井下电视技术以及磁测井等测井技术。概述了4种检测方法的作用、原理、性能特点及现场应用情况,结合井下腐蚀检测技术在某气田的应用,对气井井下检测提出建议。认为在对气井井下腐蚀的检测过程中,应注意人员以及设备安全,做好紧急预案;为得到可信的评价结果,应优选检测设备和解释软件。
Abstract: The corrosion on wellbore of gas well has significant impact on the working life and production safety of gas wells. To evaluate the corrosion gives important information to estimate if the well needs repairing. The widely used methods like multi-arm caliper tool, ultrasonic logging technologies, downhole BTV unit and magnetic detection instruments are introduced. The usage, work principles, technique characteristics and field application of the above 4 methods are briefly introduced with a practical gas field application to evaluate downhole casing corrosion. Some suggestions on gas wells casing inspection are put forward: in the process of inspection, we should pay attention to personnel and equipment safety, and make an emergency plan;to get a reasonable evaluation result, we should optimize inspection equipment and interpretation software.
