摘要
动漫产业基地(园区)是我国各级政府推动动漫产业发展的重要组织形式,我国自2004年以来取得的动漫产业大发展大繁荣与国内各动漫产业基地的推动直接相关。但是,由于我国动漫产业基地起步较晚,发展仍处于初级阶段,存在着发展模式趋同、互补性较差、产业政策出现偏差等一系列问题,这也导致了当前我国动漫产业发展整体质量和效益不高的局面。建设动漫产业强国,就要加快动漫产业基地由以数量规模增长为主向以质量效益提高为主的转型,推动基地走内涵式、集群式、可持续的科学发展之路。
The animation industry base( park) is an important organization form of our country' s promoting the development of animation industry by different levels of governments. Since 2004,our country has enjoyed a great prosperity and quick growth of animation industry which is closely related with the booming of animation industry bases in various regions within our country. However,owing to its being initial stage of this industry which started quite late,our animation industry is facing some problems such as one similar trend for different developing patterns,poor complementarities,deviations on the industry policies and so on,which lead to a poor quality and efficiency of the development of our country' s animation industry base on the general level. To build a country with a powerful animation industry,a scientific and sustainable way is needed to accelerate and shift the development of animation industry base from focusing on growth in quantity and scale to centering on enhancement in quality and efficiency,and eventually step onto a content and cluster-based developing road.
