摘要
阐述了越野轮胎起重机的发展趋势,指出越野轮胎起重机的控制系统研究具有重大意义。介绍了系统主要控制对象,提出了一套完整的越野轮胎起重机控制系统,就操纵控制系统进行详细设计。针对控制系统信息通讯中回转电滑环中的线束数量有限和单条总线上数据太多会导致通讯速度低等问题,提出了一种改良的CAN总线控制系统网络,其采用模块化设计,双CAN总线通讯。通过越野轮胎起重机的现场试验,验证了该控制系统的可靠性和优越性。
The paper describes the development trend of rough terrain wheeled crane, indicates that research oi ~ts con- trol system plays great significance, introduces the major system control objects, and puts forward a complete set of the control system for rough terrain wheeled crane, with detailed design of the control system. In view of the problem of low communica- tion speed caused by limited number of the wiring harness in rotating electrical slip ring of information communication and too much data on single bus, an improved CAN bus control system network is put forward, with modular design and double-CAN bus communication. Through site test for this crane, reliability and superiority of the control system are verified.
