摘要
3D打印技术作为第三次工业革命的代表性技术之一,越来越受到工业界和投资界的关注。在详细介绍3D打印技术具有数字制造、降维制造、堆积制造、直接制造和快速制造等优点的基础上,具体给出了光固化成形、材料喷射、粘结剂喷射、熔融沉积制造、选择性激光烧结、片层压和定向能量沉积这七类3D打印工艺。分别分析了3D打印技术的全球商业化状况和应用领域,并进一步展望了3D打印技术的应用趋势。最后指出,3D打印技术将深刻改变传统行业的产业模式,实现从传统制造向智能制造迈进。
3D printing technology is one of the representative technologies of the third industrial revolution; it has been increasingly become popular in the industrial sectors and investor community. On the basis of introducing the advantages of 3D printing technology, e. g. , digital manufacturing, dimension reduction manufacturing, additive manufacturing, direct manufacturing and rapid manufacturing, seven types of 3D printing processes, i.e. , stereo lithigraphy apparatus, polyjet, three dimensional printing and gluing, fused deposition modeling, selecting laser sintering,laminated object manufacturing and laser engeering net shape are given. The global commercial conditions and application fields are analyzed respectively, and the application trends of 3D printing technology are prospected in further. 3D technology will profoundly change the traditional industrial modes and implement the movement from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing.
