女性肛提肌损伤的影像学研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 肛提肌是盆底的主要肌肉,盆底功能障碍性疾病与肛提肌的损伤密切相关,而肛提肌的损伤主要与女性妊娠及分娩相关。影像学检查对于肛提肌损伤的诊断有十分重要的作用,因此本文就女性肛提肌损伤的产科因素及影像学研究进展做一综述。 The main part of pelvic floor muscle is levator ani muscle.Pelvic floor dysfunction has a close relationship with levator avulsion.There is a close relationship between levator avulsion and female pregnancy and delivery.It is very important to diagnose levator avulsion using imaging method.This article reviews the obstetrical factors of levator avulsion and the progress in the imaging research of levator avulsion.
