摘要 对价值共同创造进行深入研究,在原有服务主导逻辑的基础上对其进行拓展,分析了企业和顾客在价值共创中的新角色,探讨了顾客使用价值的创造过程,提出了一个价值共创概念模型。 This paper, in order to make an intensive study of value co-creation, bases on the original service-dominant logic and expands it. And then, the firm and customer's new role in the value co-creation process is analyzed, and the creation process of value-in-use of customer is also explored. Finally, it proposes a value co-creation conceptual model.
