摘要
目的:观察不同时间针刺健康青年左侧曲泽穴对大脑中动脉(MCA)血流及搏动指数(PI)、阻抗指数(RI)的影响,为临床使用该穴提供参考数据。方法:随机选取20名健康青年,男女各10名。针刺左侧曲泽穴,采用经颅多普勒超声仪(TCD)探头于双侧颞窗位置探及MCA,分别在针刺前10 min、进针后、行针时(留针15 min)、出针时(留针30 min)、出针后10 min时检测并记录MCA的收缩期最大血流速度(Vs)、舒张期最大血流速度(Vd)、平均血流速度(Vm)、搏动指数(PI)及阻抗指数(RI)的数据变化。结果:针刺左侧曲泽穴,右侧MCA出针时和出针后的Vs、Vd与Vm均增加,与进针前10 min相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他数据无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺左侧曲泽穴在出针时和出针后两个时间点能增加右侧MCA的Vs、Vd与Vm的血流速度。提示针刺左曲泽穴具有留针效应和出针后的后遗效应,为左病右取或右病左取提供依据。
Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture in left Qu-ze at different time on the blood flow of the middle cerebral artery ( MCA), pulsatility index (PI) and resistance index (RI) in healthy young in order to provide reference data for the clinical use. Methods: 20 healthy youth were randomly selected, male 10 and female 10. Acupuncture in left Qu-ze acupoint, the probe of transcranial Doppler ultrasonography (TCD) was put in the bilateral temporal window position to detect MCA, respectively recording at 10th min before acupuncture needling, manipulating needle at the 15th min, manipulating needle at the 30th min, withdrawing needle at 10th min, and detecting the MCA peak systolic blood flow velocity (Vs), the maximum blood velocity in diastole (Vd), mean blood flow velocity ( Vm), pulsatility index (PI) , and resistance index (RI). Results : After the acupuncture of left Qu-ze acupoint, Vs, Vd and Vm on the right MCA were increased when the needle withdrew and after nee- dling, and compared with before needling 10min the statistical significance showed (P 〈 0.05 ). But other data had no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: Acupuncture in the left Qu-ze acupoint can increase Vs, Vd and Vm on the right side of the MCA at two time points when withdrawing needle and after withdrawing needle, which suggest that acupuncture in the left Qu-ze acupoint has residual effect and after-effect, and provide the refer- ence for needling the left for right disease or needling
