摘要
针对变量泵液压系统在加速等工况产生的高压力峰值使得高压溢流阀频繁开启导致系统功率损失而产生热量,提出采用一种具有压力调节功能的压力切断阀,并对其进行理论分析。以重庆轻轨3号线牵引车液压系统为研究对象,通过AMESim的建模和仿真,仿真结果表明该阀动静态特性较好,能很好调节变量泵排量,避免高压峰值,有效减少因溢流阀动作而产生的能量损失,具有广阔的发展前景。
When the variable pump hydraulic system was in the working condition of acceleration or deceleration,high-pressure peak value would be produced to make the high-pressure relief valve run frequently,which led the system power loss and heat genera-tion,by aiming of this,using a pressure cut-off valve with pressure regulatory function was present,and theoretical analysis of it was made. By taking the hydraulic system of tractor for Chongqing rail transit Line 3 as a research object,modeling and simulation were conducted in AMESim. The simulation results show that the valve has good dynamic and static characteristics,which is used to adjust the variable pump displacement well and avoid the high-pressure peak value,reducing the energy loss caused by the overflow action of high-pressure relief valve effectively. So it has broad prospects for development.
